About Rhoads Technologies

Software built from product leadership and engineering experience.

Rhoads Technologies is a founder-led software company developing Aizu, a product intelligence and traceability platform grounded in the PROVE method.

We help organizations connect technology investment with the outcomes that justify it—and maintain that connection as work moves across teams, systems, and time.

Our business centers on Aizu software licensing. PROVE provides the method behind the product, informed by our experience defining, building, integrating, and supporting enterprise software.

Why we are building Aizu.

We have worked where business priorities become requirements, requirements become software, and software becomes part of daily operations.

Across those environments, we have seen how easily the original purpose of an investment becomes separated from delivery reporting. Teams can complete substantial work while leaders still struggle to understand whether the intended result was achieved.

PROVE gives those conversations a consistent structure. Aizu is being built to connect the evidence needed to answer them.

Product strategy and enterprise technology

Jason brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software, product management, and technology delivery across construction, financial services, and oil and gas.

His work spans product strategy, business-process discovery, roadmaps, enterprise systems, integrations, and delivery leadership. He brings the perspective of the people deciding what to invest in, what success should look like, and how technology can improve business performance.

That experience informs PROVE and Aizu’s focus on connecting strategic intent with measurable outcomes.

Software and data architecture

Matt brings 25 years of experience in SaaS software, application architecture, and data architecture across oil and gas, insurance, and software businesses.

His work includes application development, data integration, analytics enablement, agentic engineering, and infrastructure and DevOps automation. He brings the perspective of the people building and sustaining the systems that make delivery possible.

That experience informs Aizu’s technical foundation and its emphasis on connected evidence, maintainability, and operational health.

Human judgment remains accountable.

We use AI-assisted engineering to accelerate how we develop and improve Aizu, with experienced people responsible for decisions, review, and quality.

The same principle informs our product philosophy: better evidence should strengthen human judgment and make accountability clearer.
